• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee (75% of the fee).

• Clients agree to release Ear Pure Pro and its clinicians from any liability for damages, injuries, or complications resulting from the earwax removal procedure, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
